She was going to a West German all-girls school when USSR attacked Europe.
She falls in love with the special forces soldier who helped her to escape her school and then goes on to help defeat the USSR.
She wins two Congressional Medals of Honor and then Congress makes a new award just for her.
Anyway, I can't remember the name of this story, but really want to read it again for some reason.

It's a perfect example of the 'too good to be true' story, but still makes a great read. Now that you have brought it to mind I am going to have to go read it again.
After you have finished Kelly, go read Kimberly. Part of the storyline is that she and her husband are chosen to play Kelly and her husband in a movie about her part of the war.
Public Health warning: If you are diabetic make sure you have extra insulin before reading any of Morgan's stories! :-)
I recommend "Six-Months Turnaround" by Morgan. Not all of his stories are as wonderful. I reviewed one I gave a 5 to appeal, it is rated well below all the other Morgan stories. It is "Kate & Friends". It is incomplete and doesn't need finishing.
