The main charecter is the brother who was known as the safe guy at his school to do stuff with. Sumer comes and his mom gets a job running a country club. He goes to help out and theres a little bit of incest. Then he dates his little sisters friend. Theres a red head milf, and he brings his football team over as cabana boys. I liked the plot but just forgot the name of the story.
