Vandemonium had a story where the husband is in the Australian SAS. Lover is a conman who screws and defrauds married women. Lover ends up killed in a hunting accident, wife commits suicide. No longer on SOL. No gangbang though.

thank you but no it I've read all his and ct's stories .I don't think the author had a lot of stories ,at least not in the LW category.
The ending was a note from the publisher that due to a tragic accident the story could not be concluded.

I thought that it fit Britese but no luck.
Tried searching using search wfor SAS and NHS ,Seargent and surgeon no luck that way either
