Six Times a Day was an illustrated story on its primary site. The Safe for Work version, as I recall either went without images entirely, or stuck to only the "work safe" images.

That would be an epub over 200MB in size (including the images), I don't know if epub readers can handle that.

I found a posting from 2012 saying "The Amazon Kindle ePub maximum file size is 50MB" but another posting from 2017 was from someone working on a 300MB ePub.
For comparison, "Arlene and Jeff" is around 20MB.

According to Amazon, Kindle supports file sizes up to 650 MB or 8,000 pages. Most authors don't come anywhere close to exceeding this maximum page count.
Had me go looking to see if I could find the websites for that, sad to see they're all gone now. But that's the nature of websites like that sadly.
