I am looking for another story I lost.
The MC is a guy who is a good cook. He build a Charter service. Short on money and with a bussines he skips college. Along the way he became the lover of more then on girl, got rich and reconnected with the girls from High school. Lived in the end with more then on Girl/wife.

Probably not the one you want, but Lazlo Zalezac's The Millionaire Next Door has a few of the elements you note - not the charter service nor reconnect with High-school girls: it's generally considered to be good, though.

That happens in Millionaire Next door as mentioned by madnige.
Not sure what you mean by a 'Charter Service' but in Millionaire Next Door the MC ends up establishing a national chain of pizza stores. Early on he works in a dinner of a national chain for knowledge of the industry.
edit to add: A key plot point in the story is the MC has dyslexia and thus finds studying very difficult. It's such a key aspect of the story if that strikes chord with you then it's very likely Millionaire is the story you're after.
