If I recall correctly that was also a theme for the many incarnations in Number 7's Second Chance.
In Nowhere Man (and I think some of cmsix's work) the guys have nanites in their bodies which get transmitted via sex and will heal. In Lazlo Zalezac's John Carter universe there was a female druid who healed by having sex with the 'patient', probably there'd be a male druid with a similar power (I didn't read every story in the universe).
I'm pretty sure I saw another one where the power was more mystical, and the MC was eventually murdered...
Also, there was another one posted to SOL that had definite snuff content and was trying to skirt the age restrictions (dunno if its still around) with a MC who gained the power from lightning hitting him.
