Thomas Tregonney has served the railway well and faithfully. When the railway is closed, what else should he do?
The MC is his granddaughter searching for her roots.
There is also a partial chapter on SOL that does not fit the FS guidelines. I do not personally think it is needed for the story but it's Texrep's story, not mine.
What's a bit of boffing amongst friends? That story has been up for years without anyone taking exception.
I haven't come across whatever spark-1953 was posting about so I have no idea what sparky is talking about.
If sparky is concerned about it he should bring it to Lazeez's attention was ALL I was posting.

I read that as saying a SoL version has a bit more than the FS version. Mind you, I've only ever read the FS version.
There isn't a SOL version, there is just one chapter entitled "Abby. Her First Time With James", posted as a separate story. I have not read the story for around 10 years but I must admit I'd thought there was something along those lines in the one and only FS version.
Please, let me clarify. There's no need to report anything. I wasn't saying anything was done wrong. I was simply saying that there was a little bit more of the story on SOL. I was also saying that in only my opinion the story stands perfectly well without the extra. The first time I read the story the entirety of it was on SOL. I don't think FS had been started yet. The first time I read it on FS I think there was a notation as to where the SOL portion would fit in. It's been a while since I've re-read it so that may no longer be the case. From Dinsdale's response Texrep MAY have modified the portion still on SOL into a stand-alone story. I was just trying to point out there was a little more to the story available for those who wanted it and why it wasn't on FS.
