Man is in a car crash goes to the hospital and a college friend is his doctor. He has connected with an alien to heal him. Alien gives him some type of loyalty drink to give to his friends. Think both parents and sister were murdered and some how he is able to bring them back to life with time travel i believe. Very expensive New York penthouse then owning an island nation.
