I went looking for stories by Geek of Ages, but I noticed that they are all gone now and the author's profile is also gone. Does anyone know what happened? Does anyone have the stories downloaded that they can share with me?

The stories were deleted and the author profile renamed, not removed. I sent the requester a PM with a couple of details more.
@uavgas
I was also following him and know he wanted to change is pen name. I was under the impression he was going to post stories under his new pen name but if he has I have missed it.
I don't remember his new pen name.. but all of his stories were transitioned to the new name and he was several chapters into a new story that was just one of his other stories but from the female's POV instead of the male's POV. Then one day he posted on his new pen name's blog that he was quitting SOL and anyone that wanted his stories had better download them quick because they would be gone by the end of that month. This was a while ago (over a year ago IIRC) but am unsure of the exact timing. In other words, all of his stories are now gone from SOL. So you will either need to find some other story site he posted to, find if he published his stories somewhere, or see if you can find someone that had taken the opportunity to DL the stories before they came down if you want a chance to read them from now on.
Now you come to mention it, I remember him quitting and he gave his reason in a thread here. He left on the last day of March 2018 (your timezone may vary) although I can't remember if that was when he made the announcement or when he actually left.
The reason he gave was hostility here in the Forum.
Coincidentally (or not?) Silverhawk left at the same time, I never knew why. Both deleted their stories.
well... I knew it was over a year ago LOL... sorry my timeline sense tends to get a bit screwed up ever since my wife passed away. I am medically retired and have no reason to keep track of dates any more.

Sign up for a bunch of "free" services that charge your credit card when they auto-renew. Then you'll become SUPER aware of what the date is...
My mother solves this by doing a lot of travelling, even if it's just short trips with local companies (eg, right now she's on a 4-night trip that goes to a different town in the region each day, with a play every evening).
