A boy has an accident that leaves him paralyzed. His teen sister has to give up her dreams -cheerleading, acting, marriage- in order to take care of him. As a revenge, she uses him as a sex doll but never allows him to come. This goes for years until the boy is almost suicidal. He finally explodes and tells his sister that he lost a lot more than her.
At the end she regrets her treatment of him, becomes a nurse and takes care of him sexually and otherwise.
