Sequil to Havana Club = After Fidel
Both of them are on AssTr.
Edit: He deleted Havana Club, only the first two chapters are still up. If you go to www.asstr.org/~strickland83/ you will find them but the rest of the story "is available for purchase as an e-book." and I'll leave it to you to work out how.
www.asstr.org/~strickland83/
Where did you find that address. You are right, it goes to his web page, but if I tried through the author profiles or ftped to the authors directory, nada.
I have the old links for a number of authors there, including the actual files. No, I am not going to pass them on unless the author explicitly permitted this and since the author in question now has those stories on his own site - and wants money for them - that is not the case.
There was the rather amusing case a couple of years back where an author communicated - via his yahoo group - that he had lost his old stories. His computer had been stolen and the backups were unreadable. I zipped them up and sent them to him.

I'd almost think you were talking about Earnest, except his computers were "stolen" by the police, and they stole his backups too.

That's probably the same 10+Gb archive I have that was posted to the news groups a few years back. Good to know there's more copies out there.
If you are going to ASSTR, you will probably have to access it as an FTP site to be able to find anything.
nope, I tested that link.
I also tested searching on the author name. Broken.
Actually, thinking about it, the Wayback Machine could help. Don't expect to find the formatted pdf though, pdf documents were ignored by that resource.
