MC down on his luck hired to do some repairs to old house. House has a large, deep backyard/courtyard behind it. Multi car garage at far back with quarters above. M/C allowed to live in quarters. Finds lots of valuable antiques and paintings in garage. I think MC is divorced or widowed and has kid(s) come to stay with him.
