looking for a story I read a few years ago. MC is a small farmer who takes his produce into the city on the weekends and sells it as "farm fresh produce" in the rich side of town. On his way he is driving through the poor/bad part of town when he has a flat. While changing the tire an elderly black woman walks up and as him about his produce. He tells her to take what she wants. He winds up opening a store in the area eventually turning it into a chain becoming rich while rejuvenating the area.
