I have found out that several authors will do that. Geoff Wolak too (gwresearch).

I don't know if you still have .mhtml files saved but there are very few browsers left that support the format. You should store them in a different format.
.mhtl is basically the same as the .eml format so there's an escape if you get stuck.
"Print to PDF" add-on for Firefox (and probably other browsers) will save a chapter at a time in a nice, readable format.
If you are using Windows, there is a built-in Microsoft printer driver that will print to PDF.
