Two old losers, one male, one female, get a do-over as teenagers in each others body. Starts in hospital where the new female teen accepts what happened and the new male teen panics. Because of a run in with a priest, the girl ends up in a Catholic boarding school. I've read it three times, recommended it to others, but can no longer remember the title or author. Old age sucks!
