I remember a fragment of a story where a teen boy is able to heal at a distance. He is sitting in a chair in the living room and after he is finished his sister or girlfriend has to feed him because it costs him a lot of energy. It could be an alien/nano bot but I'm not sure if multiple stories are melting together in my brain.
A series by Shadow of Moonlite springs to mind but I can't remember enough detail to be sure.

Oh yes I remember this story just not the name.
I do know he is consider an angel in one or more hospitals and also focus mostly on healing children and military people. If i recall correctly he can do the opposite too.
