As far as I can remember the basic plot was that of a husband and wife and the sister of one of them whom was a hermaphrodite. I'm pretty sure the husband and wife were trying to get pregnant and along the way the sister got involved and the wife got pregnant and possibly the sister as well but not so sure about the sister.
Fairly sure it was on here but I am either not putting in the right search terms or there are too many results when I have the right terms. May possibly have been on asstr but their whole site is pretty messed up last time I checked recently.
