I dont know if I read the story on this site or somewhere else. Its about a guy who somehow gets the ability to control other peoples minds.
The story starts with him encountering a girl in the hall outside of his apartment. She looks fat and is clothed in baggy clothes. It turns out shes not fat but tries to hide her body. He also controls a arab women who was brainwashed by a terrorist cell.
There might have been a cop and some kind of doctor lady that he mind controls also, but I am not sure.
