A couple years ago I read a story about a guy moving to Nevada to get an inheritance from his uncle. Met the lawyer in Las Vegas. I think he went to Elko or something to his new house. Meets a big cat that talks to him and guards his place. Magic obviously. Anybody know the story? I know a wizard appears, too.
