This is a story about a boy who was adopted because the father wanted a son. Shortly after the adoption the father dies and the family falls on hard times(mother sister and adopted son). They move to a new town and on the first day of school he stops a girl from being raped. They fall in love. Do to problems at home with his mom he ends up living with his girlfriend and her mother. They find out he has a genetic differences that gives super strength.
There is a part/book 2 where after school they go on a cruise.
