MC is an up and coming tennis player attending some type of training academy or school I don't think it was a college because he has a female friend that is only 12 at the time that is also attending and training with everyone he enters various tournaments around the world and plays like McEnroe and Sampras who is number one at the time.

Story was taken down by the author for some reason I can't remember. That was several years ago. I can't remember the exact title, but it was something like the the Omnicanni Academy. He was of Russian heritage and he was asked to look after the girl because she was Russian and he was the only other student who spoke Russian well. Good story and I was sorry it vanished.
Ernest is right. The story was 'Life at Omnicianni Academy', by Bingain. The sequel was 'Memoirs of a Lonely-hearted Lady's Man' which the author started in 2009 but appears to have stopped posting sometime in early 2012. Not sure when they disappeared from the site though.
