I thought these may have been part of Frank Speaks Post-Apoc, but it seems not.

In one story a family moves to a National Park (I remember a river running through) and are driven out after a fight with ex military (?))

May be the same story, Family takes over a farm with a hydro dam or wind mill (owners leave instructions to restart it)

Finally, possibly a third story, where the bad guys are using a dam as an invasion route and are defeated.

Do these ring any bells with anyone ??

That comes up in one part of the story there, of course this is not a post-apoc tale.
