I've lost this story. Genius young inventor makes a force field and enters a different universe. Jealous person tries to trap inventor and friends. I thought it was written by Gina Marie Wylie, but I can't find it. Any help will be appreciated.

It is Gina Marie Wylie's. But she pulled it from SOL and it's available for sale on Amazon.com.
