Can't really remember the tags, but i do remember that it was focused on a guy who got transported to another world during a car crash.

The world itself is a pretty primitive one, kind of tribal, where everybody is basically naked.

Main guy hooks up with village chiefs daughter and the first women he met etc... any help?
