If you have a premier membership you can filter out via codes. For instance I have all of the BDSM codes filtered out (gang bangs and a couple of others, as well) because they can pretty easily make me nauseous - stories with those codes don't show up on any of my searches and they don't show on the new stories page.
But that won't help filter on content for those who treat D/s as an excuse for rape - that's all about how the author treats the subject and I don't know how you could filter on that without an AI that could understand the stories. Again, with the premier membership you can killfile specific authors who have demonstrated that they write stories that are a problem for you, but you have to find that out first.

If I understand your complaint correctly, you get a "major case of hurls" when searching certain tags.
You search for D/s stories.
But you projectile vomit if the sub is whored out
You only throw up incessantly if the story includes Incest
You are back to projectile vomiting if the sub is forced/raped
So in fact the answer to your problem is simple.
Option 1: Stop searching for D/s stories.
Option 2. Learn how to do a Category Search (Complex Form) correctly.
