Actually looking for someone else, but the premise sounds interesting to me, too.
Male swapped on purpose by antagonistic female. Basically she steals his life and forces him to deal with living hers. Should be told from his perspective as he struggles to get his life back, fix the messed up situation she put him in, or get justice back. Sexual level is not important.
Something about this tickles my memory, but CRS is killing me.
There is an old "do-over" story where the MC returned to the body of a teenage girl and an older version of this girl returned to his teenaged body.

Nope, that does not fit at all. The "swapping" is initiated by an outside agency, not the female. As far as I remember things, there are three swaps in the story and only one of them is cross-gender.
