I remember a story where a woman - who didn't know that she was actually a robot/android with a high-end AI as a brain - was kidnapped, escaped, and took revenge on the kidnappers.
I remember a scene where she was standing in front of an "unhackable" ATM, and it spit out all its cash, and she didn't know (yet) how this happened.

If it is the same story I recall she was a corporate test platform that had been taken home by the husband. The husband being a research scientist for said corporation. The she robot and family as protagonists, evil corporation as antagonist with lots of action.
An older story, 10+ years ago if we are thinking of the same story. I wish I could remember some more definitive search terms... now I want to reread it.
This sounds like a story by the author DB_Story. I haven't checked recently but I believe he was one of SOL's authors. I do know that he has published a lot of his stories.
Neither Far Future Fembot nor Fembot Chronicles is the story in question. I don't know which one it actually is, but I'm sure it's not from DB_Story.
