Could be Overboard Too! by Friar Tuck. If you search for the word "Overboard" you get 3 or 4 hits that may fit.

A vessel with 3 or more masts is a ship. Less than three and it is a boat. Hence all but a very very few craft are boats. Thems the rules. Big big aircraft carriers, enormous cruise things, just boats.
