I am looking for a story that I probably read in 2010-11 originally. I think it was on ASSTR but I'm not sure, could have been here. I believe it was quite long with multiple parts.
A boy comes of age in a family with mind control powers where female children are bonded to their firstborn brother. I think his name is Martin? He goes off to college and meets Sarah, who helps him master his ability--it turns out she is his older sister and is bonded to him.
