@bunglerph

where is part 1? I looked and couldn't find it,,,

Dinsdale ๐Ÿšซ

Does it even exist?
I have been reading his stories for a few years now and have never seen or heard of that one.

@Dinsdale

Has anyone thought to contact the author? I'm thinking that there was a story there but he may have not posted it or may have taken it down. Something nagging at my memory.

On looking further, I just found some old emails from when I was editing the story (maybe just part one? I don't know) and I think he had decided not to post it.

@bunglerph

Since the author can be contacted through the email messaging system you might try that.

That could have been a working title for one of his stories currently here.

Chapter 1 of Part 1 was posted September 24, 2007. It has 15 chapters.
chapter 1 of part 2 was posted January 01, 2008. I have up to chapter 3.

Thanks to all who answered.

I removed the story from the site. It was a little too personal and, as I alluded to in my recent reflections on 9-11, I wasn't in a nice place when I wrote it.

It was an unfair assessment of things and I didn't like the story once I had some perspective.

Thank you so much for your response ... While I would love to read any Jay Cantrell story, I understand that it's the author's story to tell -- or not! I appreciate your letting us know your thoughts ... Often an author withdraws a story without any explanation, leaving readers hanging.

Of course, some of us had to deal with Verbus Interuptus anyway; I was reading the story when it was pulled. (clicked 'next page' and got a 404 error)

To Mr. Cantrell,
I understand. Thank you.
