Sounds familiar, but my initial searches can't find it. I though maybe it was a Michael Dalton story, but I am not really sure.
The women were under some kind of contract and they were worried that he wouldn't renew the contracts, so they worked hard to convince him by, of course, sleeping with him. But he didn't know about the contracts and just thought they were extremely friendly.
