I'm guessing that it's not Jeff and Arlene. In that story, it involves the guy's wife and daughter (not mother and sister) and the characters are blackmailed, so it is more coercion than outright rape.
I'm not sure of the name, but I remember something like this where the guy kills the invader and in the process of killing the invader an entity/alien is transferred to the guy? Is that the one?
