Hopefully they should be an easy one for you guys. The main character is a young guy I believe the Second Son of an Earl or Duke. Doesn't get along with his dad or older brother and being the second son I believe he has to go serve the church on his 16th or 18th birthday. The day before you plan to run away but I believe his stepmother ended up sending him to the country she was from to serve in their military. He ends up becoming the prince's bodyguard or something and they end up being in love. But while he's off fighting the enemy of the king she in sowing your Wild Oats and they believe he was either captured or killed till he returns and find her pregnant.
