el pradre embaraza a la hija

the father embarrasses the daughter

Given the context I'd assume 'embaraza' translates here to 'inseminate'.

el pradre embaraza a la hija

While I don't know much Spanish, I know that "embaraza" could also relate to pregnancy.

the father impregnates the daughter

Don't blame me, I just copy/pasted Google Translate.

I blame the original poster.

SOL is in Canada.

The site's readership is mostly from English speaking countries.

The site only accepts stories in English at this time.

Why the OP thought a question in Spanish would get a useful response here is beyond me.

And yet it did get a useful response.

Only after someone else make the effort to translate it into English.

Some have to make that effort every time they post here.

I didn't intent to blame you at all. The translation you posted was astonnishing accurate for a 'Google Translate'.

I often do searches to answer these queries, but when the 'translate this page' system didn't work I gave up on it. I think it didn't translate because the whole page wasn't the same language. Thus the response to the question was delayed until after it was translated by someone interested in taking the extra effort the original poster didn't.

I remember seeing a "computer translation" of a text over two decades ago. That result was only vaguely similar to the grammatically correct translation of the text. That particular app did well in translating individual words, but had severe difficulties with grammar.

Correct. I am not sure if it would include a pregnancy in a marriage for which I would use enciente
