i fear the story i am looking for is gone.it takes place in a small town in montana or maybe idaho.he is a small town cop she is a famous singer,they used to date till she went to l.a. and started sleeping around and became famous, while he stayed home.then she come home for a visit.then it works out for them in the end,i think.
