Work sent him on airplane. He was seated in 2nd to last row. 2 teenagers are seated across the aisle from him. Due to the passengers that were sitting behind him having a fit, the plane is then delayed for five hours on the tarmac. He shows them how to survive being treated as 2nd class passengers. Accept food and extra bottles of water whenever you are offered, etc.
Later in the story, he find out that his profile with the airlines is tagged as 'troublesome'.
