Can't recall the name of a story. 2 highschoolers, 1 male 1 female. The male is dumped or cheated on by his girlfriend so he decides to go for the school ice princess, who happens to be his tutor. Includes some bondage, mf & maybe mff. I think the story might be a play on moving up or upgrading or something to that effect.

Yes, but speaking for the author I'll just invoke the Literary License Rule and point out that "single mom row" does not mean every mom on the row is single, only that a bunch (defined here as "most") are.
EDIT TO ADD: I'll just help the author out here by guessing he meant "to find a single" to mean "to find one single husband," as in one only.
But actually, you're right, anyway.
