Guy has farm/homestead, surrounded by a tire wall and all the buildings are in or cover by ground. Something happens to the economy and some friends and falimy come to live with him in he hidden farm. He ends up paying offb his property with a silver dollar and buys the farm across from him for another one. Therê is a war in town and the fighting happens rught outside his walls and no one knkws he there.
