I am kind of vague on details on this one.MC lives in city makes a living buying cheap houses and doing them up either rents or sells them.Makes some money and decides to buy a property in the countryside,also to fix the manor house up and live there.Finds the real estate agency is skimming money by renting field to the local farmers.Meets a neighbor [upper class young lady]riding a horse.There is something about keeping the flagstones in the courtyard.I hope somebody remembers it.
