I am not really sure what site this story is on, but here is what I remember of the basic plot. The Dursley's beat Harry and leave him for dead. An ancient shape shifting Dragon comes and rescues him, heals him, and then she gives him her powers, life essence, and memories (I am not fully sure on that last one). Then Harry explores her home and discovers a large amount of treasures, and then he starts preparations to return to Hogwarts. Unfortunately, the computer that I was using at the time decided that it was time to die, and I am still trying to rebuild my collection of stories links.
