Some time ago I read a story about a Muslim girl who becomes a superhero, especially with the ability to fly, but only when naked. It may have been part of a series but I only recall one story.
For some reason, I don't think it was on SOL, but I could be wrong.
I know it exists, I remember reading it, but I'm not finding it at the moment.

IIRC:
She develops super powers, but they only work when she is naked.
Homeland Security gets involved and turns her life into a zoo, even capturing and imprisoning her at one point.
I think there were some vaguely lesbian elements as well? It's been a long while since I read it, might have some wire crossed and confused it with some other stories.
