Only other place I have seen it posted was Apache's story website, which appears to be inactive. Either something happened to Joe J or he stopped writing for some reason.
I agree with that but there are I think two separate followups .
One is the rise of the E twins and the New Man university which has its own story but is prefaced in the last chapter of Johnny Pulaski by JoeJ on Apache's site at ASSTR
I read this on SOL only recently but forget the source.
