I've read a story where the son found out about the families incest and that his sister always wanted him, later in the stories it's almost supernatural like god had part in his life. One part I remember is the fridge would overheat and burn down the house killing his family but his dream stopped it. There were other dreams like one in the future where one of the girls in his life was the first astronaut going up in the shuttle. His main FMC ended up being the younger sister of the girl he thought was his true love. And the younger sister could see the future but kept it to herself until she could arrange everything as it should be for their whole family.
