It started as a stereotypical Mind Control story - a proffessor or something develops a device/technology/thing that lets them control women, it also lets them make other changes and makes them somewhat bibofied (although not stupid).
Then one of the "victims" points out to the inventor they had no need to kidnap women and hide his invention - just tell women he has a device that makes them younger and sexy with the mind control as a "side effect" and they'll be all over him.
I think the story ended with them setting up a stall in a mall somewhere.
