Looking for a story I was reading but can't remember the name. It's about a guy that was basically living on the streets and had a broken gun, he ends up forcing himself on a girl but he thinks it's consensual. Finds her house to try to return something of hers and it happens again. He ends up living with her and sleeping with alot of women thinking he's doing porn shoots but they go from terrified of him to in most cases worshiping him and he somehow also without his knowledge becomes a powerful drug lord.
