Reading Destiny's Road again and I remembered a similar story where MC's first born might destroy the family.
The MC has a dream where the son kills the MC to take over the family.
The family has similar enhancements to Cas's.
They live in a compound/land away from people.
This happens near the end of the story/books and might be in the forth book of Destiny's Saga.
I do not remember reading the other books, but also am just remembering Destiny's Road as I am reading it. I have just a faint idea of what happens next.
MC might be a grandfather by the time the dream is suppose to happen. Not sure if the dream gives enough warning to prevent it from happening, or if they live though it as dream says.
