Hello all, something triggered a memory today and I am trying to remember the author of a series of stories that were once posted here but were removed to a patreon page.
The main character was an Architecture student at University of Tennessee. His family were nudists. The title was Summer Camp.
Any help is appreciated.
Might be in Nick Scipio's Summer Camp universe, but it's been a while since I read any of his stories (sorry, Nick), so don't quote me on that.
That's it, thanks Outsider, originally I couldn't remember the title or the author but as I typed the question the title popped into my head. I couldn't think of the author at all though.
It was a really popular series when it first came out.
Then the MC became a real ass, and the author started dragging his feet forever on updates and seems to have finally just given up so the series will never be finished.
The author apparently got a lot of flack from readers wanting to know the ending, and I think he got really sick of it.
But he kinda set himself up for it. He undertook a story of epic length, posting it each chapter as it was written, which would mean a couple years of posting at best. And he set posed a mystery on the very first page that with no intent to resolve it until the very end. I think his readers might have been more patient without that.

I think the series is indeed finished, but I think the last volume is not on SOL -- probably on zbookstore and the big river.
More likely that big meandering river, as he was REALLY pissed at his SOL readers, which is why he bailed, if I'm remembering it correctly. Again, he never explained why he bailed, so readers were again left guessing, which only worsened the SOL readers anger at him.
Pretty much a petty, childish 'tit-for-tat' response, not that of a quality, well-told story, which stands on its own merits.
