I think the story had also Some game like elements and the main character had to fight/beat Some quest of a dragon or Severin dragons to improve their gear and abbilities. I think it started in a snow area and i can remember there was also a sea area. There was also a sort demon like character in the party of the main character.

I remember one from a few years back that's unfinished. A disabled soldier from Earth is transported to a realm where he first has to deal with monster types in a snowy mountain area and and enters a dragons lair to complete a challenge. Then to sea and deal with mer folk and another dragon's challenge. There are a total of 7 or 8 dragons and I think he completed about 4 challenges before the writer quit.

I was hoping that what I could remember would kick someone's memory fragment clear. Inactive for 18 months but a rating over 9 with 82 chapters and over 2700k of text. At a guess maybe 2/3 done.
