I read a story about a young soldier in the army.
He talks about how all the soldiers on base tried to hit on the secretary in the office on base he mentioned her desk was at the top of a set of stairs and they would all make the trek up the stairs to ask her out only to be rejected.
Any he was an E7 and ended up being the commanding officer assistant so he worked closely with her and after she was rude to him a few times he ignored her.
