I reread one recently called something like:
Harry Potter the Amazing Spider-Man
There is also a author by the name of Ben who has two stories that are unfortunately incomplete but very good in my eyes but kinda similar though each have a different starting point in the timeline of the canon from where they diverge greatly but in interesting ways 😆
I think you mean Harry Potter: The Spectacular Spiderman by Futurist for the first one. Like most of their stories it's incomplete.

I am not linking anything so I believe this is OK, but a site called "archive of our own" has probably thousands of HP stories.
There used to be something called FictionAlley.org, that died a death in 2018 but someone(s) created an archive site called FictionAlley-Archive and that appears to have almost 30 000 stories there. The bad news is that the stories are only available in one 624MB Postgres download.
Fan Fiction (dot net) has over 850k Harry Potter stories. Archive of Our Own has around 500k. I'm not sure how much crossover there is between the two sites, but Archive allows fully adult stories while FF discourages them.
I read a story that felt like a scene froma longer story. Its was set in Hogwarts, it had the house elves (Dobby et al.) bespelling/abusing (sexually) the students as they slept. Probably not on this site, but I thought I'd throw that out there. See if anyone had read something similar but too lazy to start my own thread. :)
